How does Soulpetrol Ship /Deliver its products

We aim to deliver the products in excellent condition with our experienced logistics partner. Products are dispatched from our / business partner (merchant) warehouse and specially packaged to ensure safe delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified on your registered email address and a tracking code to track your orders.

What if I am not at home to receive my order?

In case of non-availability at your residence, our shipping partners’ customer care will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will be accordingly,  rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.

Can I place multiple orders at same time?

Yes, you may surely place multiple orders. However, order packing and deliveries will be as per each order booking. 

Can I place multiple orders with different delivery address?

Yes,  you may surely place multiple orders with different delivery address. 

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently we do not offer shipping outside India but please reach out to us on [email protected]  with your request. We will surely check with our shipping partner and will be happy to serve.

How can I place corporate / bulk orders?

We would be happy to assist you. Please reach out to us on [email protected]  (working hours 9 am to 6 pm IST, Monday to Saturday except public holidays).

Is it possible to reschedule / change of delivery address.

Please share your order details with our executive on our Contact form with al relevant details (your name, order number, etc.)  and our team shall assist you further with best possibility. Please be aware, products once dispatched cannot be rescheduled and might incur extra cost.

What if the products ordered by me are out of stock?

The system has been built to only allow sale of items that are in stock. An order cannot be placed for “Out of Stock” products. However, in the rare scenario that an order is placed for an “Out of Stock” product, we would cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

What if I receive the wrong / tampered / damage product?

Please verify your purchase at the time of delivery. In case of any discrepancy noticed later please write to us (working hours 9 am to 6 pm IST, Monday to Saturday except public holidays) and we will be sure to assist you appropriately.

What if I did not like the quality of the products delivered to me?

Sorry, products once delivered, cannot be returned / exchanged /replaced.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

No, there is no minimum delivery value.

Can I pay Cash On Delivery (COD)?

We apologize, currently we do not offer the most popular payment option you love. But we will incorporate it soon.

How can I pay for my order and what credit card do you accept?

Is it safe to use my credit / debit card?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use your card on  . A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which must be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer. Needless to say, all electronic payment information is kept strictly confidential.

How do I know the payment status?

If the payment has been successfully received by us, you will receive an order notification via email. If you are a registered user, you can simply login to your account and view payment status on your order — in the ‘My Orders’ section. We recommend that you register with to enjoy many benefits.

My amount got deducted from my card but have not received order confirmation.

Do I get an invoice of my order?

You will receive an electronic invoice to your registered email id.

Will I be compensated in case of an order delay?

Sorry, we will not be able to compensate for any delays in order delivery.

In case there is a delay wi=hich is unlikely to happe, we request you to please contact us our support or write to us- [email protected] and we will assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, it would have to be cancelled prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. You can contact us or send us an e-mail on [email protected] with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation; or else reach out to us on our customer helpline number.

Note: We generally ship within 1-3 business days

Our customer support will assist you through the process of your order cancellation. Once the order is successfully cancelled, we will initiate a refund thereafter. This cannot be done once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Is there any order cancellation / refund charges?

NO, we do not have any additional charges for cancellation. The amount charged against your product purchased will fully be reimbursed. 

When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation?

The amount will be refunded / reimbursed to the same credit or debit card through which transaction was conducted. The refund will be credited to your account within 10-15 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure. Please Bank / Credit statement will reflect  Our parent company ‘Tall Star Pvt. Ltd.’ 

Can I get Credit note instead of refund.

Sorry, currently we do not have that option available.
